Shipping

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please take a moment to carefully review your shipping address at checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages or send replacements once an order has shipped.

If a package is returned to sender, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be required to confirm your shipping address and pay the shipping fee again, which may be higher than the original cost.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we are unable to issue a refund. Please contact your local mail carrier for further assistance.
