Final Sale

Due to product safety standards, all purchases are final. Refunds and exchanges are not available, including damaged or defective items. Melted shea products are not eligible for refund or exchange. In the event your item arrives damaged, we are happy to send a replacement if available. If a replacement cannot be provided, store credit for the product amount will be issued for future use.

Order Limit

We kindly ask that orders include no more than 4 of each individual item. Orders that exceed this limit will not be accepted 

Estimated delivery dates

Delivery time estimates are based on information provided by our shipping carriers. Standard Ground shipping is not guaranteed by the carrier; however, most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after processing. For the most accurate and up-to-date delivery information, please refer to the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.

Please note that during promotions, holidays, and at the end of each month, shipping times may be slightly delayed due to increased order volume.

Standard Ground
 Orders shipped via USPS Standard Ground are typically delivered within 2–8 business days after processing.

Priority Shipping
 Orders shipped via USPS Priority are typically delivered within 2–3 business days after processing.
